Description:
Put the exe in \Windows\startup and every time you perform a soft reset this app will make sure your wireless is switched on.

Even though the author states that this and its sister utility only work on iPAQ Pocket PCs, apparently the compatibility is more limited than that: it has no effect whatsoever on my iPAQ hx4705 running Windows Mobile 5 (no, I'm not willing to revert to WM2003SE just to eliminate WM5 as a factor).
