There are over 50 bilingual dictionaries out there for free to use with the Dict project, so I just write a free application to use those dictionaries. People spent a lot of time on creating them, why waste?

I installed the program. A shortcut appears on start menu. Tap it, nothing happens. Tried several reinstalls, but it just doesn't work. The files appear under Explorer, but won't run.
