You will find different calculations, such as the Body Mass Index (BMI) that provide guidelines for your nutrition and sport training.
This weight calculator performs some popular calculations to provide guidelines about your ideal weight:
- Body mass index, a measure of your weight vs. your height.
- Lean body mass, the mass of your body without fat, taking into account:

>> Waist
>> Wrist circumference (women only)
>> Hip circumference (women only)
>> Forearm circumference (women only)
- Body fat percentage, which is how much fat you carry.
- Ideal weight based on your height. Note: All calculations are based on averages.
