Features of pRuler include:

Install:
- Download and unzip pRuler.
- Upload unzipped exe file to your Pocket PC.

Uninstall:
- Find the pRuler.exe file.
- Delete it.

Simple but effective and takes up very little space. Millimetre scale could be a bit more evenly spaced - it seems to be pixel doubled output not true VGA.
