This does create playlists that WMP can read. And the GUI is OK. But what's the point of a playlist manager if you can only add one song at a time. I have almost 200 songs, and it takes about 15 seconds to add a song. So that's almost an hour creating a playlist. And when you're creating a playlist, the GUI text is apparently corrupt. It only displays random alt characters with a few English characters thrown in. But the song names, etc. are in tact. No thanks.
