Description:
This program is an installer for CAB files and allows to install PPC programs into the specified folder instead of that by default created by the standard installer.
If the folder is not specified, installation will be made into the default folder.
If the developer of the program being installed has firmly set the allocation of files in a CAB file - it will be used during the installation.

v1.04:
- Confirm installation message added (user can see full path for installation folders and for the cab file).
v1.03:
- UI changed.
- Support now auto installation with command line cabinstl.exe #name(cab file) #path(path to install).
- Folders can be created.
- English, German, Russian versions.

in response to Jason Cowan; There are two ways to install apps onto your PDA, Cab files or windows installers - a cab file is an installer that runs on your pda - it will be something like "game.cab" -this utility lets you choose where to install them to and stops windows mobile deleteing the file, so it can be used again.

Great piece of software. Probably the one constant on my PDA. I can back up my installed programs to an external mem card and install them without deleting them (which Windows Mobile does). I would recommend this to anyone.

Its a shame that this software cannot be installed from CAB using the default CAB installer. Not all Pocket PC users actually have a windows box. Its a very good idea though.

Still have no idea what a cab file is or how to install it, or how to install the cab installer... all of these programs seem to require some indepth knowledge of a variety of file types which I've never heard of and do not know how to manipulate.
